In our store we provide thoughtfully crafted collection with precision ,love and a commitment to quality. due to the exclusive and limited pieces , we follow a strict no refund and exchange policy. we encourage you to read the policy below carefully before placing your orders.
- No Refunds-All sales are final. once an order has been confirmed and payment processed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. this includes . a) Change of mind b) Incorrect or accidental purchase C) Preference or unsuitability after receiving the product d) minor variation in color , print, stitching , shades etc are natural and are not considered defects we urge you to review your order and product details thoroughly before making a purchase.
- No Exchange We do not provide exchanges on any products. every item undergoes a quality check before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards . however, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please refer to the section below.
- damaged or defective items- In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective , we are here to help. please follow these steps: a) Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. b) Share a video of the unboxing along with the photographs highlighting the issue. c) Include your invoice / order number in the message. upon review and approval of your case , we will issue a credit note equivalent to the products value. This credit note can be redeemed for any future purchase at Aadhya collection. if you prefer a refund over a credit note, the amount will be refunded to your provided account within 10 working days of us receiving the returned product in its original condition.
